    It is true what they say!

    You never forget how to ride a bike.

    Even after a whole week out of the saddle, everything went quite smoothly, despite the cold.

  • 1st day in 8,5 months with only one job, and it’s full time.

    phew!

    another  near death experience, but this time, siggimus had the good sense of giving up

    not embarrassed to confess he gave up after bicycling two-thirds of the way home

    siggimus would be extremelier ashameder if it had only been a bit of rain

    siggimus would be extremely ashamed if it had only been a bit of wind

    but pouring rain plus 17 metres per second wind (with gusts of 25 metres per second) plus bursts of hail …

    siggimus sees no shame in surrendering to the elements when they turn the knob to 11

    somehow managed to ride spanking new bike 6,43km home. walked <50 metres (a short, near vertical bit). legs have turned to rubber
