{"id":121,"date":"2004-05-18T20:29:00","date_gmt":"2004-05-18T20:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vu2057.freddie.1984.is\/siggimustest\/2004\/05\/not-dead\/"},"modified":"2004-05-18T20:29:00","modified_gmt":"2004-05-18T20:29:00","slug":"not-dead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/siggimus.com\/siggimus\/2004\/05\/18\/not-dead\/","title":{"rendered":"not dead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>not quite<\/p>\n<p>just busy!!<\/p>\n<p>went away to skorradalsvatn last weekend, with jodaz, celebrating his end of exams<br \/>\n<br \/><center><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.heimsnet.is\/siggimus\/geymsla\/Blogg\/Skorradalsvatn.jpg?resize=352%2C288\" border=0 width=\"352\" height=\"288\" title=\"skorradalsvatn lake\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>bj\u00f6ssi tags along, a bit weary, having stayed up for some 3 days<br \/>\n<br \/>he&#8217;s started taking ciban to help him stop smoking, &#038; apparently dat&#8217;s one of the side effects<\/p>\n<p>anyhoo, when it&#8217;s finally time to throw something on the barbie, bj\u00f6ssi goes to take a wee nap, to return 16 hours later with a wicked mohawk and a wrinkled face<\/p>\n<p>siggimus &#038; jodaz stay up, have some beer &#038; chat<\/p>\n<p>a feeble attempt at fishing miserably ends in failure<\/p>\n<p><center><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.heimsnet.is\/siggimus\/geymsla\/Blogg\/JoiSkorradal.jpg?resize=352%2C288\" border=0 width=\"352\" height=\"288\" title=\"jodaz fishing\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>den jodaz gets restless &#038; insists dey visit a cottage where loud music emanates<\/p>\n<p><center><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.heimsnet.is\/siggimus\/geymsla\/Blogg\/JoiDrekkurBjor.jpg?resize=352%2C288\" border=0 width=\"352\" height=\"288\" title=\"jodaz not fishing any longer\"><\/center><\/p>\n<p>takes a bit of wrangling, but finally manages to persuade siggimus to tag along. siggimus concocts a clever excuse for knocking on their door: he brings a cup of coffee, planning to ask for sugar<\/p>\n<p>luckily, no excuse is needed, as most of the coffee was spilled on the way :\/<\/p>\n<p>so, 3 dudes, at least 1 of dem is sorta filthy rich, owning dat humongous hut<\/p>\n<p>odd bunch<\/p>\n<p>so, next day, siggimus &#038; jodaz go hunting for a swimming pool, finding one with a lot of pregnant chicks in it in borgarnes<\/p>\n<p>return to a spunky bj\u00f6ssi, who is growing quite thirsty<\/p>\n<p>ego &#038; iluks join in for a sweaty eurovision party<\/p>\n<p>recipe for party, in various doses &#038; not necessarily in this order:<br \/>\n<br \/>\u2022 delicious food is artfully barbecued<br \/>\n<br \/>\u2022 beer is vulgarly drunk<br \/>\n<br \/>\u2022 obscenities are loudly shouted at the female contestants (mostly bj\u00f6ssi screaming &#8216;mig langar a\u00f0 sulla \u00ed drusluna \u00e1 rusl\u00f6nu&#8217; -those of you who don&#8217;t understand this, rejoice :|)<br \/>\n<br \/>\u2022 red wine is delicately sipped<br \/>\n<br \/>\u2022 music is fought over (when drunk, bj\u00f6ssi has a tedious tendency to listen to songs he likes on again &#038; again. siggimus pointed out to him that the repeat button was intended for 2-7 year-olds &#038; certifiably insane people only, which excludes 4 of us&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>stir all of this into bowl &#038; stir repeatedly until most of those present are dizzy<\/p>\n<p>ps: yeah, yeah, yeah, siggimus cheats<\/p>\n<p>or has a way of fiddling with the time space continuum&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"blogger-post-footer\">from siggimus.blogspot.com<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>not quite just busy!!
